Account

How do I sign in on a new phone?

Your account is your username and password, and it works on both iPhone and Android. Install the game, tap LOG IN and enter them; your level, coins, attacks, cosmetics and badges are saved on our servers.

I forgot my password

The game does not ask for an e-mail address, so there is no automatic password reset. If you are still signed in, your account keeps working. Otherwise e-mail us from the address above with your username and anything that proves the account is yours (for example your level, your equipped skins or roughly when you started playing), and we will help.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open Boss Bounty and sign in.
  2. Open your Profile and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it: profile, progress, coins, cosmetics, badges, duels and your push notification token. It cannot be undone. If you can no longer open the game, e-mail us from the address above with your username and we will delete the account for you.

Gameplay

How does the boss fight work?

Everyone in the world hits the same boss at the same time. Its HP is shared, every hit counts, and when it falls, everyone who fought gets rewards and a limited badge. Between bosses there is a short break with a piñata.

My hits are not landing / the game says it is offline

Boss Bounty needs an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data, then close the game completely and open it again. If it keeps happening, e-mail us with your username and the time it happened.

Can I buy coins?

No. Coins are earned only by playing. They cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money, and nothing in the game, including the BONUS SPIN slot machine and the roulette, has real-world value.

Notifications

The game can tell you when a new boss arrives, an event starts or someone challenges you to a duel. Turn them on or off in the game's Settings, or in your phone's settings: Settings → Boss Bounty → Notifications on iPhone, Settings → Apps → Boss Bounty → Notifications on Android.

Reporting a player

If a username is offensive or you think someone is cheating, e-mail us the username and we will look into it.
